Hello! I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker (I.2102975-SUPV) with over 6 years of experience partnering with youth, adolescent, and adult clients toward their personal goals. I truly believe that each and every person has immense value and strength, and I see it as an honor to come alongside you in your path toward mental and emotional wellness. Specific areas of concern that I have experience with include: general life stressors, grief/loss, anxiety, panic, depression, emotional dysregulation, school performance, trauma, and self-harm. At the core of my counseling approach is a belief that our life experiences and background shape who we are, and therefore I vary my therapeutic technique based on individual need. I regularly draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR Therapy, and experience-based education and activities. I am comfortable providing Biblical counseling upon request, but am eager to work with those of all religious/spiritual backgrounds.
