(She/Hers)

Attempting to raise children and teenagers in this world is tough. At times, it feels like you're in a constant battle. Their mental health worries you, but you fear you're saying or doing the wrong thing. You want to support your child, but you keep feeling shut out and helpless. Nothing seems to be working, and you don’t know what else to do. Or maybe you’re a young adult/college student trying to figure out who you are and what your place is in this world. You don’t know how to be an “adult”, and that leaves you feeling anxious and overwhelmed. Whether you are a parent trying to raise your children the best you can, or a young adult trying to navigate a new stage in life, I am passionate about walking beside you in that journey.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (E.2203157-SUPV) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. I completed my graduate school internship with Nationwide Children’s Hospital in their Family Support Program, which specializes in children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults struggling to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and trauma, as well as building self-esteem and finding their identity. In addition, I will assist you as a parent with the tools you need to be able to support and help your child.

The decision to enter therapy can be a challenging one, especially if you've spoken to professionals before and left disappointed. You're tired of feeling tired, helpless, and overwhelmed. You know there's more to life than mere survival. You know you deserve something different. If you're ready for something new, please contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.
