(She/Hers)

I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor (E.0500554-SUPV) with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Miami University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Dayton. Over the last 15+ years, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of mental health settings and levels of care. Generally, my clients have been working on behavioral and mental challenges related to anxiety, depression, eating disorders, complex trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal relationship concerns, and difficulty with functioning in everyday life.

I have experience in using a variety of therapeutic interventions for individual and group counseling including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I’m Tier II trained in Collaborative Problem Solving and have studied extensively on the impact of trauma on brain development.

I view the counseling experience as a partnership in which individuals allow a therapist to come alongside their journey, often at the most difficult or trying parts of their path. If I am invited into a client’s life, my goal is to always empower individuals, so they feel like they can meet their personal goals and create the life they desire. I recognize that therapy is a sacred space between all participants and that it requires bravery, trust, vulnerability and honesty in order to be most effective. It is a privilege to be part of anyone’s therapeutic experience and I will always strive to treat every client ethically and non-judgmentally as they pursue health in their journey.
